The more ambitious (and murderous) players might stage a fatal accident, and then rather than lift a finger to help when the Grim Reaper shows up, they might instead lift a camera. Why you shouldn’t get this shot in real life: Aside from being morbid, it’s usually illegal. Nine times out of 10, taking pictures of dead people is considered an invasion of privacy. Lawyers could argue that a dead person doesn’t have a reasonable expectation of privacy. However, in the face of the bereaved family’s lawsuit, they’ll probably settle out of court and destroy your photo. That tenth time? You probably work for a Coroner’s Office.
