The whole feel of The Sims 3 Pets console is much more cartoonish than the PC version and that’s either a good or bad thing depending on personal taste. Mysteries add much more finite goals to the gameplay and, considering how much I enjoyed Castaway Stories, the direction was a welcomed addition. However, you’re not locked into doing any of that stuff so if you just want to wander around Sugar Maple Coast then go right ahead.
