De Sims 3 voor Nintendo 3DS nu officieel aangekondigd

Vandaag kregen wij dit persbericht binnen van EA Nederland, met de officiële aankondiging van De Sims 3 voor Nintendo’s nieuwste handheld, de 3DS. Het verschil met De Sims 3 voor Nintendo DS (Lite, i, of i XL) en De Sims 3 voor Nintendo 3DS is niet zo zeer mogelijkheden, maar de grafische verbetering. De nieuwe handheld van Nintendo ligt in Maart in de winkels.

Nintendo 3DS en De Sims 3 voor 3DS nu te reserveren bij GameStop

SimPrograms meld dat het nu mogelijk is om de nieuwe Nintendo handheld, de 3DS, te reserveren. Ook is het nu mogelijk De Sims 3 voor 3DS te reserveren.

De handheld van Nintendo wordt in maart vrijgegeven, en volgens EA zou De Sims 3 voor 3DS ook rond die tijd worden vrijgegeven, maar op GameStop staat de releasedate van het spel op 1 Juni, dit betekent dat of het spel is verzet of dat het fout op de website staat. We zullen wel zien of het aangepast wordt of niet.

De Sims 3 voor 3DS krijgt ‘Teen Rating’ van ESRB

ESRB heeft De Sims 3 voor 3DS, de nieuwe handheld van Nintendo, een ‘Teen’ rating gegeven. Dit betekent dat het spel in Nederland waarschijnlijk voor 12+ wordt. ESRB heeft vanwege alle reactie’s even duidelijk gemaakt waarom precies. Uit deze rating kunne we dan wel weer opmaken dat De Sims 3 voor 3DS veel uitgebreider zal zijn dan De Sims 3 voor Nintendo DS(i).

This is a “sandbox” simulation game in which players create, customize, and control a character called a “Sim” through its daily activities. Players are free to pursue a variety of goals as they observe and attempt to influence other Sims in town. Players can socially interact with Sims to build relationships, and are free to pursue more intimate encounters, such as the ability to kiss, “make out,” or engage in WooHoo (i.e., sex) with another Sim: this action depicts the Sims squirming, giggling, and moaning under the covers until hearts float around the bed. Sims maintain their health and hygiene through eating, exercising, bathing, and using the toilet. They sometimes vomit, expel flatulent sounds, or urinate on themselves if their hygiene is not properly managed. Some interactions lead to fighting, which is depicted by sounds of struggle and partially obscured “fight-cloud” effects; other animations include Sims getting electrocuted by household appliances or dying in fires.

Nieuwe info en nieuwe beelden van De Sims 3 voor 3DS

De Sims 3 komt ook uit voor de nieuwe versie van de Nintendo DS, de 3DS. Deze handheld beschikt over betere grafische capaciteiten dan zijn voorgangers. Er zijn inmiddels twee nieuwe beelden verschenen van De Sims 3 voor 3DS. De Nintendo 3DS komt volgens jaar op de markt, en De Sims 3 voor 3DS ook. Er is ook nieuwe (Duitse) informatie verschenen. Ihr könnt Gesicht, Hautfabe, Kleidung, Persönlichkeit und Lebensziel eures Sim verändern / festlegen.

Es gibt auf dem 3DS auch die Launen / Moodlets, diese zeigen Dinge an wie “Ich möchte schlafen” oder “Ich will ein Bad nehmen”

Karma-Kräfte auch enthalten!
Beispiel einer Karma-Kraft: “Schüttelt den 3DS um Geld vom Himmel regnen zu lassen” Man sollte aber vorsichtig mit der Karma-Kraft umgehen, schüttelt man den 3DS zum Beispiel zu stark, verursacht ihr ein Erdbeben.

Probleem met huizen bouwen met De Sims 3 op Nintendo Wii

Het was ook te mooi om waar te zijn, dat er bijna geen bugs waren in De Sims 3 voor Console. Een grote bug in De Sims 3 voor Wii is ontdekt, en het probleem is ook op de officiële EA site gemeld. Het enige nadeel van deze bug is dat EA het niet op kan lossen, of in ieder geval nog niet.

Het gaat om een bug die er voor zorgt dat je deco-huizen boven de 50.000 simleons niet kan kopen in het spel, er zal een error verschijnen. Volgens EA is de enige oplossing ‘een ander huis uitkiezen’. Het probleem doet zich voor bij 9 deco-huizen.

Certain houses (costing 50,000 Simoleons or higher) will cause an error when the player tries to place them onto a lot. Houses known to cause this error are:

  • Charming Chalet
  • “Green” House
  • Gothic Estate
  • Spatial Prisms
  • Adobe Estates
  • Parabolic Frolic
  • Gestalt Surfaces
  • Rancho Living
  • Desert Retreat

When the error occurs, back out and cancel the sale. You will not lose the money that you had spent on the home. This is a bug that EA is aware of but is unable to address on the console. You will need to select a different home to purchase and place if you encounter this error.

Gisteren waren er al twee gameplay-video’s van De Sims 3 voor Wii verschenen. Vandaag nog een, wel door een ander persoon gefilmd, die ook wel leuk is om te bekijken. Jammer genoeg is het filmpje niet van hoge kwaliteit maar het is goed genoeg om een goed beeld te krijgen van het spel.
