We have visited China and Egypt and it is now time to round up our World Adventures Reports with a visit to Champs Les Sims in France and my conclusions. Once again, we will see the sights and find out from an intrepid adventurer about the cunning traps at Chateau Landgraab, what is making the spooky noises underneath the Gallerie D’Art and whether Nectar as a drink is all that it is cracked up to be.

IGN geeft De Sims 3 Ambities een 8

When so many Sims expansions have seemed relatively inconsequential, Ambitions stands out for how substantially it alters a key component of the game. The new profession system will doubtless keep Sims 3 fans busy for many more hours, and the other additions included will also give players plenty of new stories to tell for Sims both new and old. If this is the type of content we can expect from Sims 3 expansions going forward, content that evolves core game mechanics, color me impressed.

For what is commercially available for The Sims, there can be no greater contrast in geography than there is than coming from the misty valley of Shang Simla to the bright sands of Al Simhara. Once again, you feel as though you are really in a stereotypical simstyle rendering of Egypt.

De Sims 3 Wereldavonturen iPhone – review

De Engelstalige App Advice heeft een review online gezet van De Sims 3 Wereldavonturen voor op de iPhone.

The Good
The Sims genera has been added to with another playable incarnation of this series. One of the coolest features for Sims 3 fans is the option to import your character from the other Sims title. The world is fun to experience and figure out when you are succeeding.

The Bad
The cities are pretty small with a total of about 12 unique buildings each,and the fact that there is only three other countries will have you bored fast. Every time you decide to go in a house, talk to other Sims, fly in a plane, go to town, go home- you will find yourself at a loading screen.
